It is believed that the few cast-iron Buddha statues made in the Kamakura period and other medieval periods arose from a sense of trust and a kind of faith in the hardness of iron as a weapon to protect the body of warriors in the eastern provinces. The gorgeous shining gold color that remains on the solid iron black is like a view of light emanating from the unshakable source that we all have inside of us. In the Buddhist world, gold color is interpreted variously as a symbol of "value," "eternity" that never fades, and "the shining light of the enlightened. What does gold color mean to you ? Delivery time varies greatly depending on the destination. ※I ’ll be closed for shipping from 2023.12.29 to 2024.1.8 《お取り扱いにおいて》 ◆陶器製（土もの）で繊細な作りです。 硬いものに当てないよう、お取り扱いにはご注意ください。 ◆出土品、古道具のような景色にするため、また茶香が浸透しやすくなるように貫入や欠けを作っています。風情としてもお愉しみください。 ◆香りが染み込みにくいオブジェ寄りの作品もございます。その場合は付属の『陶の蓮の種』を載せて、そちらに茶香『茶の露』を垂らしてお使いください。 ◆お使いの香りとは違う香りをご使用される際は、香りが混じらないよう蓮弁に残り香を感じなくなるまで煮沸し、天日干しをしてからお使い下さい。 ◆上記の方法にて香りが飛ばない場合は、窯で焼き直しをして香りを完全に飛ばすことができます。焼き直しのご費用は送料往復込みで2,000円でお承り致します。お問い合わせください。 窯焚きのタイミングがありますので、２～３か月に一度の頻度で纏めて焼成させていただきます。お時間頂戴いたします旨、ご了承くださいませ。 なお、香りで育った表情は無くなり、購入時の表情に戻りますのでご了承ください。
